Purpose built in 1977 by Lord and Lady Inchcape and later purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Winter, the equestrian centre in the village of Addington has developed into the leading equestrian venue in the UK.
The site boasts facilities that are second to none and this, coupled with its park setting adjacent to the Manor, make it a prestigious and impressive venue that has gained the respect of all throughout the various disciplines in the equestrian world.
The Equestrian Team GBR chose Addington as one of their training venues for the final preparations for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
In January 2019, under the new management of Chris Parker, the venue will continue to provide the very best facilities and host some of the biggest events in the equestrian calendar, but will have a new, more inclusive attitude towards local competitors and those beginning their journey in the equestrian world with the aim of creating “an Addington for all”.
