Even though many viewers were disappointed by the storyline that involved Vito Sr. and a gay mobster, the storyline involving Little Vito was still a compelling one.
I love this scene! A group of Italian immigrants kneel in prayer, and Vito is surrounded by them. His mobsters have no interest in gambling, but he still wants to escape to Italy. The music is hypnotic and it feels like a carnival atmosphere. The crowd chants along with him. The scene is surreal.

As Vito is about to shoot, Fanucci tries to reach for his gun and the young man attempts to get it. The struggle tears his buttons off the jacket. In the end, Vito shoots his pistol into a spidery vein on his shirtfront.
I have never gambled in my life, but Don Vito’s Las Vegas is a fun place to go, and a must-see for any movie fan! The scenery is breathtaking and the music is heart-warming. I was enchanted and left feeling satisfied. There are plenty of opportunities for big wins and great fun! I’ll visit again – even if I am not a big gambler.

I didn’t gamble at either of these venues, but I enjoyed the atmosphere of both.
A visit to Fremont Street in Las Vegas is also worth it if you’re a fan of sharks. There’s a shark aquarium that will take your breath away, and you can get up close to these creatures on a guided tour. During the summer months, non-hotel guests can visit the Aquarium at the Golden Nugget for a small fee.

Every hour, the Fremont Street Experience, otherwise known as Glitter Gulch, will display a 6-minute light show. The show features music by The Killers, Green Day, and Heart. It’s a great way to start the evening.
The Pinball Hall of Fame has recently relocated from its downtown location to the Strip. It contains vintage pinball machines and the occasional arcade game. It has the largest collection of its kind in the world, and draws heavily from the golden age of pinball. It’s also a nonprofit, so the coins that people earn here go to charity. It’s worth the trip to Fremont Street, even if you’re not a big gambler.
The High Roller is another attraction worth the trip. This giant observation wheel is brand new to Las Vegas. It’s reminiscent of London’s famous Eye, except that its pods are huge, allowing groups of friends to enjoy a ride together.
